At Level One Game Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming-inspired apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
